Arai Mountain Resort
Raise a glass of sake and toast to JAPOW at Arai Snow Resort, home to the acclaimed Japanese Restaurant Asahi. Here, you can get a taste for traditional Japanese foods, like Grilled Local Wagyu Beef Fillet Steak Sets and Yanagawa Style Eel and Egg Pot Sets in a warm, spacious environment that overlooks the slopes. Arapahoe Basin

Blue Mountain Resort, ON
The place to be for brunch and dinner at Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario, Canada, is The Pottery Alpine Restaurant — a cozy restaurant at the base of the Valley Express chairlift that pays homage to its founders’ Eastern European roots. Start your evening dining experience with the Alpine Cheese Fondue or traditional Austrian Brettljause, followed by the Seared Scallop Risotto or Smoked Tomahawk Pork Chop.
