How Do I Become Eligible to Participate in the Ride and Reward Challenge?

If you’re a select 24/25 Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, or Ikon Base Plus Pass holder who is a Colorado resident and has under 6 lift access scans for the 24/25 season, you’re eligible.
Note: You must be opted-in to Ikon Pass emails using the same email address linked to your Ikon Pass account.

How Do I Earn the Reward?

Eligible pass holders earn the opportunity to claim the reward by scanning their Ikon Pass 3 times to gain lift access at any Ikon Pass destination between March 8 and April 5, 2025.

• Maximum of one pass scan per day at any and all Ikon Pass destinations.
• You must claim the reward to receive it.

How Do I Claim the Reward?

If you are one of the first 6,000 eligible pass holders to complete the Ride and Reward Challenge, you will receive an email alerting you that you have earned the opportunity to claim your reward.

• Complete and submit the form linked in the email by April 11, 2025 to receive your reward.
• Reward supplies are limited. Only the first 6,000 eligible pass holders who claim the reward by the deadline will receive it.
• Shipping Requirement: Must have a US-based address.
• Shipping Date: Rewards will be shipped by May 5, 2025.

Can I Swap a Reward for a Different Reward?

No. Reward substitutions are not permitted.

I Got the Email, But Now It Looks Like the Challenge Is Over.

The Ride and Reward Challenge will only last as long as our reward supplies last.

How Can I Get Help?

If you’re having issues with the Ride and Reward Challenge, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Email Opt-In: Confirm you are opted-in to Ikon Pass emails with the same email address associated with your pass.
• App Tracking: The Ikon Pass app only tracks the days you choose. If it doesn’t reflect all your days skied, remember that the challenge is tied to your pass scans.
• Pass Eligibility: If you have an employee or discounted pass, you are not eligible to participate.

When Does My Prize Ship?

Prizes will ship by May 5, 2025. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

• Must have a Colorado shipping address associated with your pass in My Account
• Must have under 6 pass scans for the 24/25 season
• Alterra Mountain Company employees and discounted pass holders are not eligible
• You must be selected to receive this offer

• The first 6,000 eligible pass holders who scan their pass 3 times at an Ikon Pass destination during the Promotion Period will earn the opportunity to claim a reward
• Eligible Pass holders must claim the reward by April 11, 2025 to receive it

How to Claim a Reward:

• Eligible Pass holders will receive a “Ride and Reward Challenge Completed” email from Ikon Pass with a link to an online claim form
• Complete and submit the online claim form by April 11, 2025
• A valid US-based mailing address is required
• Rewards will be shipped by May 5, 2025

The Reward:

• One pair of adult Blenders Nocturnal Q X2 unisex sunglasses
• Ikon Pass reserves the right to substitute the reward for a similar item based on availability
• Reward supplies are limited to the first 6,000 eligible pass holders who complete the challenge and claim the reward
