Happy 4th of July. On this true icon of summer, we are celebrating the freedom of the mountains. A landscape to get lost in and an elevated environment where we can find ourselves again, the Mountains play a special part in America’s history and future. From the indigenous peoples who have always called these places home, to the 10th mountain division who utilize this landscape to grow strong, and to all the people who find connection, community, and purpose here, let freedom ring. Across several Destinations, the 4th of July brings fireworks, local parades, and nearby concerts.
